Grip reductions
If the Glock grip is too big for your hands and you don't mind making a permanent alteration to your gun, there is a solution to your problem. There are several companies that will physically reduce the size of your Glock's grip by scraping, melting or otherwise removing some of polymer plastic frame. The results are not always pretty but then again, the gun was never pretty to begin with.

Here's a list of companies offering this service:
Advanced Performance Shooting
Arizona Response Systems
Bar-Sto Precision Machine
Bowie Tactical Concepts
Burns Custom Pistols
Cylinder & Slide
Lonewolf Distributors
Robar Guns
Ross Sporting Goods

The Plug
The Glock plug is a molded piece of plastic that snaps inside the hollow cavity at the bottom of the grip behind the magazine. It purpose is to keep lint and dirt from getting in the hollow backstrap area and to help speed up magazine changes by providing a smooth, rounded surface at the back of the magazine well. The plug is available from several different manufacturers. There is even a version that holds several small tools in the backstrap area.

The usefulness of the plug has been the topic of many long-running discussions. One side views the plug as a simple, effective, inexpensive addition that should be installed on all Glocks. The other side believes it is a solution to a non-existant problem and a waste of $6.

Saf-T-Block
A Saf-T-Block fits behind the trigger of the Glock preventing the trigger from being pulled thus adding an extra measure of "safety". It is designed to be popped out with your finger during a normal draw. It is also available with a combination lock that secures it in place.
